HOW DO WE DO IT?
All our footwear is handmade in low production workshops located in Mexico City.
Our production is focused on on-demand consumption, that is why when you place your order we will ask you to wait up to 3 weeks to receive it. If we have stock, we will notify you and your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Remember that our processes are artisanal. All the elements that make up your footwear (soles, heels, shoe) are created from scratch by specialized hands and due to the nature of them, it is possible that your footwear may present slight variations, which of course does not compromise the functionality, quality or aesthetics of your pair.
IMPORTANT: International purchases may be subject to customs fees. Payment of said fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please always make sure the address is correct.
