FAHRENHEITA WARRANTY POLICY

 

Part of the FAHRENHEITA ethos is about durability. Each pair is designed to accompany you for years to come and we want to help you keep them at their best.

 

What does this warranty cover?

 During the first 6 months from the date of purchase, we offer free repair or maintenance in the following cases:

 

  • Natural wear and tear from everyday use.

 

  • Loose seams, sole detachment or structural failures NOT caused by misuse.

 

  • Any manufacturing defect that becomes apparent over time.

 

What is not covered by this warranty?

 The warranty does not apply in cases such as:

 

  • Damage due to negligence or misuse (blows, cuts, excessive humidity, exposure to heat, fire or chemicals).

 

  • Alterations made by third parties.

 

  • Improper care or lack of basic cleaning.



EXTENDED MAINTENANCE 

 In addition to the 6 months warranty, we offer an in-house maintenance service for a fixed cost of $200 MXN each time you require it.

 This service includes:

 

  • Deep cleaning.

 

  • Restoration of finishes.

 

  • Minor repairs.
