PRODUCT CARE

Thank you for carrying a piece of our universe with you.

Each pair is handmade in Mexico and may show subtle variations inherent to natural materials and artisanal production. Follow these recommendations to help preserve your footwear over time.

CLEANING

Remove dust and dirt with a clean, dry, soft cloth. If necessary, use a barely damp cloth and allow the footwear to dry naturally.

To condition the leather, apply a small amount of neutral cream formulated for smooth leather. Test any product on an inconspicuous area first, and avoid abrasive materials, alcohol, solvents, or detergents.

KEEP THEM DRY

The footwear and its outsole are not waterproof. Avoid rain, puddles, and contact with wet surfaces, as moisture may affect the leather, lining, and adhesives.

If they become wet accidentally, remove excess moisture with an absorbent cloth and allow them to dry in the shade in a ventilated space. Do not use a hair dryer, heater, or direct sunlight.

LET THEM BREATHE

After each wear, allow the interior to air out and dry completely before wearing or storing them again. Rotating their use also helps preserve their structure.

WHEN THEY ARE NOT WALKING, LET THEM REST WELL

Store them clean and dry in their fabric bag or box, away from sunlight and moisture. Loosely fill the interior with plain white paper or use suitable shoe trees to help preserve their shape.

Before removing them, fully loosen all straps, buckles, or fastenings to avoid placing stress on their components.

Marks, creases, and gradual wear are natural consequences of use. If you notice unusual lifting, separation, or damage, stop wearing the footwear and contact us before attempting any repair.
